I have a similar situation, but without the master/slave arrangement. Rather, the mysql data directory is drbd synced; with the drbd protocol C, writes are synced to both systems before mysql receives write complete. That way mysql runs only on the master, but both systems maintain the same file tree. I picked up this configuration from this list a few weeks ago, and so far in non-production testing it is working well. > Question: I have a cib.xml configured that achieves all goals, except > mysqld only runs on one node at a time, thus mysql synchronization > fails.
