Hi Ryan,

I would suggest using the version-independent racadm-cli.
For this you have to install the drac-utilities on the server that
should issue the power-down.

Then an 
  racadm -r OTHERNODEDRACIP -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD serveraction
powerdown
Should cause a power-down of the remote system. This should work on DRAC
3/4/5.
