Hello list,
in addition to the detailed config of michael brennen, i hope that
somebody can provide me an mini-howto / cib.xml for the following
advanced configuration:
A 4-node cluster
B nodes are named clu01, clu02, clu03, clu04
C the service ldirectord may run on all clu01, clu02, clu03, clu04 but
with auto_failback=no "INFINITY" (where to set?)
D on all nodes but clu01 the service httpd should be started and
monitored by heartbeat (httpd may never been started by heartbeat
on clu01)
E all nodes should start mysqld but clu01 via heartbeat
F if one httpd on clu02..04 stops working it should be reported/shown
on hb_gui and/or crm_mon
G if one mysql on clu02..04 stops working it should be reported/shown
on hb_gui and/or crm_mon AND the httpd on the same server should
be stopped
by heartbeat
H httpd should be started by heartbeat but only IF
mysqld is running on ALL nodes (clu02..04)
IF mysqld fails on one of clu02..04 on system start httpd may not be
started, even if on 2 of the 3 mysqld would run.
H2 option: mysqld should be started 15seconds after start of httpd
Especially a hint for the options G,H is desired.
Q: Do I need ocf resources for monitoring httpd, mysqld or
can I use lsb scripts as well ?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Thomas.
