Only one short question: 

You can specify a no-quorum-policy in the crm_config-part of the CIB.

By default this is set to "stop", which means when the cluster does not
have quorum, it stops all resources.

Well, on a 2-node-cluster you only have quorum, when there's no
split-brain situation. Otherwise non of the two nodes has quorum.

So with this setting, both nodes would stop their resources, is that
right?

There's another possible value of this option with name "freeze" with
the following explanation:
Do not start any resources not currently in the partition. Resources in
the partition may be moved to another node within the partition. Fencing
is disabled.

Would this be a better choice?
