Okay so I should use heartbeats communication layers according to the
comment. Then does that mean I simply comment out this handler?

This may not be commented out, if DRBD shall be able to use heartbeats
comunication links.

I think it's a useful feature...but you are using STONITH and this will
(I hope) do it better. ;)
