You can use the cluster directive to 'name' your cluster. If you have a
look at the quorum server dokumentation, you will find the cluster
directive be set to "mycluster".

If you want to run a quorum server for more than one cluster, you MUST
set the cluster directive and create certificates with
cn=<cluster-name-set-by-directive-cluster>.
