You might want to make a slight change to the config and make it
<Location /server-status>
SetHandler server-status
Order deny,allow
Deny from all,
Allow from <Ip address of your monitoring systems>
</Location>
Sometimes there can be information in the server-status that isn't
anyone's business but your one.
