I'm not quite sure what you need; this is a bug in a date calculation
code being detected by an internal sanity check. It's tracked in
bugzilla 1849, and a fix is available.
My question was whether this actually caused any sort of misbehaviour
for anyone, except the ERROR message. (Because I think it does not.)
