On 2.1.2, yes but installing 2.1.3 on one node made it disapear on both
(even the node with v2.1.2) so I wanted to be sure it was included in 2.1.3

Yes. Though this patch has been superseded by b591600fbc15, which
just replaced the very short sleep with a longer one. Are you
