I've currently some time to test ... the status section of your cib indicates that the DRBD resources were promoted on "nodekrz". Did you verify that all DRBD devices are Secondary on both nodes? After some cleanups (leftover constraints from previous tests?), ptest shows a correct handling of the master-slave group. What's interesting: The two DRBD resources only get promoted if a location constraint for the master-slave resource is defined. Don't know if this is expected or a "feature" ...
