I've been using heartbeat 2.1.3 on centos 5 64bit for a while (works great) and moved to an almost identical 32bit VM version... I've tried 3 different builds, and tried regressing to a slightly older heartbeat package, but same result every time

Heartbeat says its started, but doesn't do anything with no obvious errors in the log?
