Hi,

thanks, that sounds really good - I check our servers and voilà ... MTU is
1500 on master and 1456 on slave
I change it now! And test it tonight.

And let you all know :-)
If I can fix the problem - first of all, sorry for sending emails on the
wrong list :-)

Probably a MTU issue, not HA related. Compare the MTUs of the network
interfaces on both machines.
I know this behavior from VPN connections where the clam-mss-to-mtu rule in
iptables is not active.
