That change should be in 2.1.3. Does

        strings `which cibadmin` | grep force

yield anything? If you see something like

        The supplied command is considered dangerous. To prevent
        accidental destruction of the cluster, the --force flag is
        required in order to proceed.

then please file a bug. If not, then where is that package from?

Anybody can make a mistake and this one was rather easy to make.
That's why there was a --force introduced.
