There are RPMs for CentOS 5.1 out there: heartbeat-2.1.3-3.el5.centos.i386.rpm heartbeat-pils-2.1.3-3.el5.centos.i386.rpm heartbeat-stonith-2.1.3-3.el5.centos.i386.rpm ...
