EXTREMLY UNSAFE!
DO NOT EDIT this file in ANY case.

Do a cibadmin -Q -o resources > mycib.xml

edit this file and tell heartbeat about the changes with

cibadmin -R -x mycib.xml

or 

cibadmin -U -x mycib.xml

Please read the man pages of cibadmin.
