We just developed the tool what you say.

How about it?
Andrew has already implemented showing fail-count in crm_mon,
and it will come soon as Pacemaker 0.7.
It's also the part which we implemented,
We are planning to catch up with it and post our tool after that.
That would be wonderful if Pacemaker 1.0 includes our tool.
