according to http://hg.linux-ha.org/lha-2.1/shortlog/11724 (which is
"STABLE-2.1.3"), it is not in linux-ha.org 2.1.3.
fixing dopd changeset: http://hg.linux-ha.org/lha-2.1/shortlog/11858,
11858 being more recent than 11724.

I assume that it is not included in the debian 2.1.3, either, which I
believe to be tracked by Horms at http://hg.beekhof.net/horms/heartbeat
(you can search for dopd there, too, and compare the changeset number
with the changeset numbers the tags refer to).

however, it is aparently included in the SLES10-sp2 heartbeat,
according to the changeset numbers the tags in
http://hg.linux-ha.org/lha-2.1/tags refer to.

you may be interessted in the threads surrounding this post
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/drbd/users/14013?search_string=dopd;#14013
which also includes a (hackish) work around.
