Stopping the two nodes, leaving just the cib.xml file in /var/lib/heartbeat/crm and removing all chached files /var/lib/heartbeat (with all files contained in /var/lib/heartbeat/pengine) with finally restarting the hertbeat service on both nodes, solved the problem.
