Dear Bjorn,
I changed the haresource file. It is still the same. Whenever i reboot both
machine at the same time,
first the master will become active, but after the while it will be taken over
by the slave:

Even i try to extend the time of the deadtime, it still doesn't help.

This does not look valid to me
it should be like:
master IPaddr::10.207.160.43/24/eth0 httpd
(in case /etc/init.d/httpd exists)
