I think this would a good idea - a wiki page would be a good idea.
Another thought: If the test matrix would look like
Test, Expected Bahaviour, Observed Behaviour, Notes, Links, Passed ?
There would be some implicit documentation - The Links section could
link to further reading regarind certain issues (like existing doc:
Quorum Server Split Site etc.)
Also this could be printed and used as test protocol for customer
implementations.
