You can't really lose it. You put the node into standby do the upgrade, reboot, whatever, etc. The DC role will be delegated to other node I believe (if it is the DC you are doing and you reboot) and the CIB is replicated to other nodes anyway. >From the HA's point of view I don't think it matters how the package is slit up and called. HA in structure hasn't changed I believe just CRM got extracted out of it...
