Hello List,

I set up a 2 node cluster on SLES10.1 (ppc) running in LPARs on IBM iSeries
machines.
Heartbeat version: 2.0.8.
Resources running: drbd, VIP, filesystem, samba
Config: see att.

After solving most of the upcoming problems the cluster runs fine, fails over
and does everything it is intended to do. Now I finally got stuck in the
following error:
Running BasicSanityCheck works fine until it comes to crm tests which cause the
following error to be spammed into /tmp/linux-ha.testlog on both machines:

heartbeat[1539]: 2008/08/25_15:09:12 ERROR: Cannot write to media pipe 2:
Resource temporarily unavailable
heartbeat[1539]: 2008/08/25_15:09:12 ERROR: Shutting down.

Due to the size of the logfile (1.2MB), I will only attach it on demand.

Searching the internet didn't provide any useful answers. What I need to know
is what these media pipes are for and if the problem is probably related to my
rather "exotic" setup (although I think there must be some more people running
linux-HA on iSeries, even if I haven't found them yet ;)).

Thanks in advance

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / with kind regards
Klaus Jagemann
