Pacemaker and Heartbeat 2.1.4 are NOT!!!!! in any way compatible. The
2.1.4 release announcement states this VERY clearly.
The heartbeat and Pacemaker packages have conflicting requirements to
prevent users from installing both.
If you're compiling from source yourself, you assume responsibility to
at least read the announcements, please.
