Greetings, A simple heartbeat question: Why do heartbeats retransmitted? I ask that because I get "late heartbeat" warning after short link loss. What purpose does it make to make an effort to deliver heartbeats?
Furthermore, what other messages get to be retransmitted? I think I understand why CIBs needs to be retransmitted but what about other stuff?
