I have read the documentation you linked to, but I found that it can't help me 
to solve my problem.
  I found that if the group only had a resource, it can be migrated to other 
idle nodes when the only resource failed.
  But if the group has more than one resource, the total group of resource 
can't be migrated to other nodes when one 
  of the resources in the group failed.
  How can I solve the problem.
