The value we set is *INFINITY*, please find below an extract of the attached
cib.xml:
    "<nvpair id="default_resource_stickiness"
name="default_resource_stickiness" value="INFINITY"/>"

the configuration is written into the meta_attributes/attributes for
"apache_rg" group.
