Hello Ha-Linux List,

I'm new on this Mailing-List and at fist I want to say is hello.

I have a difficult problem. I use a Ha-Cluster with two nodes, where every
node is a Suse Linux 10 Server. Addidionaly there are tow separeted Windows
Server which are not clustered. So I have to mount from every of the two
Windwos Server one drive over Samba to every Linux node in the Ha-Cluster.
Means every Linux node has two Windows drives. Inside the Ha-Cluster both
Linux nodes are handled over a heartbeat.

This was the hardware setup. Now my problem. Thees two mounted Windwos
Driver over Samba have to be load balanced. Because on both drives are the
identical data and they are read only.
Problem is I can't find any possibility how I can load balance this to
drives. I have try to use the dfs from samba, but this solution is only for
windows client and I have to use the data on the Linux node himself.

Has anybody a idea how I can solve this problem?
Or knows anyone a addidional software which could handle this.

Thanks a lot,
2StepForward
