In this case I'm pretty sure that the stonithd is not sending the "reset" request to the plugin. And this means at the moment that I can't help you further, even being interested in. Has Dejan meanwhile found out, why the reset request is not sent? Did you raise the debug level of HA and all subsystems while testing? Can you get extra debug information from the log of HA? Can you see core dumps lying around?
