libvirt needs a daemon (libvirtd) running which then starts the kvm/xen/
qemu/whatever process. i've encountered some problmes with it (= stopped 
the VM, but process was still existing after libvirt told it was 
stopped). And also not all the kvm features are supported by libvirt (ok, 
most of them but not all).

so with this KVM OCF RA you get the benefit of:
- not base upon another daemon
- store the VM configuration directly in the CIB
- support new kvm features 

i will post an enhanced version next week.
