Can anyone explain why, if I execute a cleanup of resources on the node, where they are running, it takes 7 minutes before the next monitor operation is run. I was of the understanding all monitor operation should be run in parallel.
Similarly, if I place the node in standby, one resource is migrated straight away; all others take 5 minutes before the cluster decides it will migrate them to another node. Each resource has 4 monitor operations, 2 monitors at 60 and 90 seconds intervals with a 20 second timeout, a start with a 180 timeout and a stop with a 300 second timeout.
