Hi all,
I had an Active(nodea)/Standby(nodeb) in v1 configuration, nodea was the
preferred and all was OK with takeover and failback.
Then I've changed, removing the machine with nodea, renamed the nodeb in
nodea and added a new machine nobeb, in v1 config.
The command uname -n give the right name on nodea and nodeb, BUT when I
start heartbeat on the two nodes they are in Standby status.
ONLY stopping one of the two nodes starts the services on the other,
that becomes active, but restarting heartbeat they go in standby.
It seem that nodea does not understand that it is the primary.
I've removed the files uuid and generation with no effects.
Is there a way to force a node to be Active ?
Can anyone help me, please.
Hi,
Mario
