Well these are separate projects that depend on each other.

Not yet. If you want to have OpenAIS to take care for the communication in the 
cluster you still have to install heartbeat for the LRM. The developers are 
working on getting rid of that part.

My personal preferred setup:
heartbeat 2.99 and pacemaker. So do not have to install openais. There will be 
others on the list that prefer openais. PLEASE DO NOT START A FLAME WAR!

Future: Surely openais + pacemaker.
