Hi: I have a two-node cluster using heartbeat v2. When I shutdown heartbeat on the node running all of the resources, I expect to see the resources migrate to the other machine. But quite often when shutting it down, I see cib, crmd, and pengine go into a loop of some sort, using a notable amount of CPU and writing a lot of data (the same things over and over) to the log files. Is this normal behavior under any expected scenarios?
