go to http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/ha-clustering/
select your OS and download server:ha-clustering-repo
save this to /etc/yum.repos.d (I assume that you are running a redhat system
based on the RPM's below)
run yum update heartbeat to get the latest version
