Yes, but not all of the information from the other nodes, either. (ie,
the logs from the resource agents, LRM etc, which are usually needed to
debug problems, are node-local.)

There is absolutely no way to reliably force a specific node to be DC,
and we reserve the right to break any you come up with ;-) The DC status
is an internal detail only, which has no functional impact on the
cluster otherwise. I regret the day where we exposed it to users.

Anyway, if you want consolidated logs somewhere, using syslog-ng to log
to a central host is the best way to do so.
