Hi,
I am having a problem I hope someone can help with. When I am using the 'floating' Heartbeat IP address, I cannot receive calls to my Asterisk VoIP PBX The odd thing is, the traffic is hitting my server as I can see it on the console. Node1 is 10.10.10.1 Node2 is 10.10.10.2 Heartbeat ip is 10.10.10.3 My SIP phone registers with 10.10.10.3 no problem and can make outbound calls. Inbound calls are directed to my external IP by Gradwell.net and portforwarding is in place on my router to 10.10.10.3. When I place a call to my geo number from my mobile, with IAX2 debug switched on there is a flurry of activity on the console screen but the phone does not ring. If I stop Hearbeat and port forward to 10.10.10.1 and change SIP phone back to register with 10.10.10.1 everything works fine. I imagine it is some kind of IP problem, some kind of mix up between 10.10.10.1 and 10.10.10.2 but I cant undestand what. Can anyone help? Many thanks in advance.
