There's no inherent problem with LSB, but OCF resource agents are
designed to work with the cluster whereas standard init scripts
normally don't pay too much attention to detail as it's expected
that the user will tend to them in case of problems.

Exit code 1 depends on the resource agent. No idea what it could
mean.
