Hi Andrew,
The "cluster-recheck-interval" variable is set to 60s in my configuration, but
this didn't solve the problem. The resource only migrate after executing
cibadmin –B.
Is the definition of "cluster-recheck-interval" correct in my configuration
below?

The section called "Ensuring Time Based Rules Take Effect" in the
documentation also applies here.
The version you have defaulted the value of cluster-recheck-interval to 0.
