Version 1 supports only two nodes.

As I said, you cannot tell the cluster that you have one passive
node which should take over resources from a node which failed.
The CRM simply doesn't work that way. You could configure
constraints in such a manner (using location preferences), but
that may not be practical if there are many resources.
