Not really.  It was primarily removed because the contents was
confusing, poorly structured, horribly out-of-date and misleading.

Just to re-iterate what I've said elsewhere, the Pacemaker 0.6 series
is a mature form of the code that was in heartbeat 2.x.
So users of the built-in CRM should be referencing the documentation at:
    http://clusterlabs.org/wiki/Documentation -> "Configuration 0.6 Explained"

I'd also re-iterate my advice NOT to use anything before 2.1.3
