But the output gives two clues :

heartbeat: udpport setting must precede media statementsheartbeat[8932]:

that not my case.
And :

[/usr/lib64/heartbeat/mgmtd] is not executable

and that's my problem : there is no pacemaker-mgmt package available for 
fedora11,
and that's why there is NO /usr/lib64/heartbeat/mgmtd on my system, and 
that's why
it gives "not executable" of course  ...

So my question was more : why is there no pacemaker-mgmt package ? is-it 
an error ? is it not ready ?
