Hi I figured out the problem.
I deleted the node information using cibadmin -D -X '<node uname="node-name"/>' to remove the lightbulb machines. I suspect it could not calculate the quorum because of those additional uname -n entries. I then deleted the /var/lib/heartbeat/hostcache file and restarted heartbeat. Working now.
