I didn't shut you down, I pointed out that with a tiny bit of effort
you could have solved your own problem.

Time spent teaching people to read the log messages they're posting
and follow URLs in them, is time we're not doing anything to actually
improve the project.

The best way to get a friendly response is to make an effort yourself.
