1. Will you have a shared disk system presented to your HA nodes ? Ans: Yes. 2. Will you be using LVM for your disks ? Ans: NO. 3. You will need a VIP ( virtual ip address ) to roam with your MySQL instance Ans: Yes. As far as you provided me the link for learning heartbeat, which explains to configure heartbeat of mysql in heartbeat version 1, but I can't find any example how to configure heartbeat for mysql using heartbeat version 2. Kindly help me up in this problem.
