I do not have very vast experience of developing the cluster servers environment but I know how to make a simple 2 servers heartbeat cluster. But I now have a requirement of configuring the 4 servers in a heartbeat, 2 (Node1 and Node2) of them will be located in one location (site 1) and other 2 (Node 3 and Node 4) will be located in the different location (site 2). All of the servers will remain active at all time, Node 1 should act as Primary at first and at all time if available. The switchover scenario should be such that if Node 1 fails at site 1, Node 2 will take over as master and if both Node 1 and Node 2 fail then Node 3 should take over as Primary. If Node 1 comes back up again it will resume its primary state again.
