Ive managed to get the postfix resource agent to start..

ClusterIP       (ocf::heartbeat:IPaddr2):       Started
saamailin0p01.ipnetwork.co.za
postfix (ocf::heartbeat:postfix):       Started saamailin0p01.ipnetwork.co.za

but to do so I have to export OCF_ROOT path before starting heartbeat
export OCF_ROOT=/usr/lib/ocf why is this?

and make sure postfix is not running as it seems the postfix resouce
agent does not shutdown postfix properly when u shutdown heart. :(
well in my experiance..
