I wrote that stuff, and I must confess I haven't got the slightest clue
what DocBook XML breakage may be causing what you describe. I haven't
seen it before, either. Which RHEL version is this?

I wonder if this is a cut & paste error. Surely there is a space between
the stylesheet URL and the source XML file?
