Why do you insist on compiling the stuff on the guest. There are
precompiled packages at http://clusterlabs.org/rpm
At any rate, this is going to be a maintenance nightmare for you,
going through the same procedure every time when you want to
upgrade packages.

Not a rpm forum. There's tons of information on the Internet on
how to build rpm packages. The specfile is included in the
distribution.
