Yes, but if you don't KNOW that, then it's magic :-) Finding out what the parameters are for a given resource definition and what they do is the magic part; I often cannot find good documentation on this. The help features in the crm shell are useful; that often tells me what the parameters *are*, but it doesn't tell me what they *do*, or what a reasonable value might be.
