Hi Andrew,
another question, since the strange behavior appeared after the new IP 
settings.

The 2 IPs have been added by using the GUI interface, but maybe not the 
GUI locally present on both cluster nodes.
We have used a hb_gui installed on a personal PC (having a 
GENTOO)-->this operation could have introduced some problems into the 
cib.xml or in your opinion is ok (I had attached the file in the first 
mail)?

In your opinion, is better to try to remove the new IPs and re-insert them?
Or you thinks that the problem is really the version of heartbeat..
